Care Instructions

Leadplant prefers full sun and well-drained soils and has low water needs once established. It is highly drought tolerant and does not tolerate overly wet soils. Water regularly during the first season to establish roots, then reduce irrigation. Pruning is minimal and typically limited to removing dead stems or lightly shaping in early spring. No winter protection is required in most Rocky Mountain settings.
